OUR MISSION

BLACKCAP Studio's mission is solutions by design.
But if we were to put it plainly, we solve problems and get the job done right the first time around.

If you want the designer version, here goes: "Perception is everything. First impressions occur only once. Design plays a key factor and essential role not only in brand recognition, but product placement, and integrity in the marketplace. With a cohesive brand story guided by design minds, a brand can realize its true potential." That's a mouthful but one worthy of stating.

BCS is a multi-disciplinary design studio having a knack for guiding clients large or small, established or up-starts in this "thing" called The Marketplace. Weekdays, 9-5 the helm is held down by Kris Henry, but on the 8th day and in the 11th hour, Lynn Robinson will throw her hat into the ring. We take pride in our work, are passionate about all things design and understand the importance of being patient, having persistence and being committed to client goals. And that's that.

BCS - DESIGN OR DIE

When we first started out we needed a name. We made lists, listened to our favorite songs in search of inspiration, read books, took pictures, made more lists, toured the intraweb hoping for a domain that was available and came upon dead end after dead end. Fed up we decided to listen to some Johnny Cash. Then it hit us. We asked ourselves this single question: If we were a ship fitted for the high seas of design with no port but the open sea between us and the horizon whilst marauding the queens navy, what flag would we fly? Who else but BLACKCAP Studio!. With the skull cap and shield hoisted high, the seas of design will never be the same.
